VISA - VISADO - VISUM
 Information to receiving a Visa for Spain / Latin America
If you need to apply for a visa to make a language course in Spain/Latin America, you should contact the Spanish (Argentinian, etc.) Embassy / Consulate. They will informate you about the requirements you have to meet.
In some countries you will be requested to prove that you already have spanish knowledge. Besides that it is requested to pay your language course(s) in advance. If a visa is granted, you will have to attend classes regularly. Please note that you have to sign up for at least 20 hours per week.
One of the many requirements for the granting of a student visa is the school enrolment confirmation. We will send you this confirmation upon receipt of your enrolment and deposit (in some schools you have to pay the total amount at once).
Steps:
- Contact the Spanish (Argentinian, etc.) Embassy, by phone or e-mail and ask for the conditions.
- Please fill in the enrolment and send it to us by:

- During 48 hours you will receive a provisionally confirmation and the number of our account to realize the payment of deposit/the total amount.
- As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you an official confirmation. With this confirmation you can request your visa at the embassy / consulate.
Please note: At least you have to apply 8 weeks before starting your language course.
We cannot guarantee the granting of a student visa or influence the outcome or duration of your visa application.
In case your visa will not be granted, please send us a copy of the negative reply given by the Embassy by fax. We will refund your payment minus 20-30% of administration costs.
 Información para recibir un visado
En el caso de que usted tenga que solicitar un visado para realizar un curso en España /argentina etc., le aconsejamos que primeramente se informe sobre los trámites para su obtención en la Embajada o Consulado español/argentino etc. en su país.
Un requisito imprescindible para obtener un visado de estudiante es la confirmación por parte de la escuela de que usted está matriculado en el curso. Nosotros le mandaremos este documento después de haber recibido su solicitud de inscripción y el depósito (unas escuelas requieren el pago del total de la factura).
Pasos:
- Infórmese en la embajada española/argentina etc., por telefono o correo electrónico sobre las condiciones.
- Rellene la hoja de inscripción y mandenosla:

- Dentro de 48 horas le mandamos una confirmación provisoria y nuestro número de cuenta para realizar el pago.
- Al llegar del pago le mandamos una confirmación oficial por correo con la cual puede pedir un visado.
¡Ojo! Tiene que acceder por lo menos 8 semanas antes el comienzo del curso.
Nosotros no podemos mediar en la decisión final de la Embajada o el Consulado en cuanto a la concesión o no del visado, ni por supuesto sobre la duración de los trámites.
En caso de no recibir el visado, mándenos la cancelación de la Embajada responsable por fax y le devolvemos su depósito menos 20-30% por el coste de administración.

Falls Sie für einen Sprachkurs in Spanien/Argentinien, etc. ein Visum beantragen müssen, erkundigen Sie sich bitte bei der jeweiligen Botschaft oder im Konsulat, welche Voraussetzungen Sie erfüllen müssen.
Eine von mehreren Voraussetzungen für den Erhalt eines Studienvisums ist die Anmeldebestätigung der Schule. Unsere Schule sendet Ihnen diese Bescheinigung zu, sobald wir Ihre Anmeldung und die Anzahlung auf den Kurspreis erhalten haben. In manchen Schulen muss der Gesamtbetrag (Kurs + Unterkunft) überwiesen werden.
Schritte:
- Erkundigen Sie sich bei der spanischen (argentinischen, etc.) Botschaft, per Telefon oder E-mail nach den Bedingungen
- Füllen Sie das Anmeldeformular aus und schicken Sie es uns zu.

- Wir schicken Ihnen innerhalb von 48 Stunden eine vorläufige Bestätigung und unsere Kontonummer für die Zahlung.
- Sobald die Zahlung bei uns eingegangen ist, schicken wir Ihnen per Post eine offizielle Bestätigung. Mit dieser Bestätigung können Sie bei der Botschaft/Konsulat ein Visum beantragen.
Bitte beachten Sie: Sie müssen sich spätestens 8 Wochen vor Kursbeginn bei uns anmelden!
Wir können Ihnen den Erhalt des Visums nicht garantieren und keinen Einfluss auf den Ablauf und die Dauer des Prozesses der Visa-Erteilung nehmen.
Sollten Sie kein Visum erhalten, schicken Sie uns bitte das Absageschreiben der zuständigen Botschaft per Fax zu und wir erstatten Ihnen die Anzahlung abzüglich 20-30% Verwaltungskosten.
